Introduction
Visit tracking Report:
- Displays detailed information about the patients’ visits in the selected branch within specific date range.
- Data displayed in report Per branch.
>> Note that In order to display the name of procedures in this report, you must link the patients’ procedures with the visit from the (Reason of Visit) field.
(Visit Tracking) report could be accessed from:
Filtration
- Date Range
– (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
– Date filtration depends on Visit’s Start Date.
– Default Selection: Current Month.
Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.
- Provider Name
– Is a drop down menu that contains all of the active providers assigned to the selected branch from navigation bar.
– Default Selection: First Name in the menu. - Room
– Is a drop down menu that contains all of the active rooms (operatories) assigned to the selected branch from navigation bar.
– Default Selection: First Name in the menu.
Content
Header
At the report’s header the following fields are displayed:
– Label (Provider): Displays the name of provider whose visits are displayed within the selected date range.
– Label (Room): Displays the name of room where visits are displayed within the selected date range.
– Label (From and To): Displays the starting and ending dates of the selected date range.
Body
Visits Tracking report displays data grouped in a grid view as follows:
– Label (Date): Displays the date when the displayed visits have been performed.
Columns of each grid view are:
- Patient
– Name
– ID
- Scheduled
– Time
– Displays the starting time of the visit.
– Length
– Displays the length of visit.
– Room
– Displays the name of room where the visit performed.
– Provider
– Displays the name of provider whom the visit assigned to him/her.
– Reason of visit
– Displays the name of procedures linked to the visit. - Actual
The following columns displays the actual times for the progress of patients’ visits.
– Checked In
– Displays the First Checked In time of the visit (When status of visit changed to be “Checked In”).
– Room Check
– Displays the time when the visit becomes in progress (When status of visit changed to be “In Progress”).
– Checked Out
– Displays the time when the visit completed (When status of visit changed to be “Completed”). - Work done
– Displays the name of Completed Procedures that are linked with the visit. - Calc
The following columns displays different calculated time for patient.
– Delay Time
– Displays delayed time by patient which is:
>> Delay Time = Checked In Time – Visit Time
– Waiting Time
– Displays the time that patient waits in the clinic which is:
>> Waiting Time = In Progress Time – Checked In Time
– Visit Len.
– Displays the actual length of the visit which is:
>> Visit Len. = Completed Time – In Progress Time
