Dentalore system allows the user to search for specific patient using different searching criteria, that are mentioned in details in this article.

In order to search for a specific patient in the clinic, follow the following:

• • Expand “Patients” module and select “Patient List”
  • Patient page opens that contains “Search Box” in the upper right side of the page.
  • Search Area includes the following:
    • Search field: Once the user hover over the search field, a message displayed informing the user that he could search using: ID, SSN, Name, Phone, Address, Patient Type or Insurance Company.
    • Filter icons in columns of: ID, SSN, and Name; in order to enable user to specifically search.
    • Branch Selection: Is a drop down menu that includes the existing defined active branches for your clinic to allow user to search in a specific branch or in all branches. Default selection of the “Branch” drop down menu is the branch displayed in the navigation bar.
