From Scheduler Module, you have the ability to replace the cancelled visits with other visits according to the following conditions:

1- Visits checked as ASAP.
2- Patients that have no employer.
3- Patients that are equal to or greater than 65 years old.

So, in order to replace a cancelled visit with other visit there are 2 ways:
First: From the Scheduler View

• Open Scheduler Module, Select any of the existing visits and change its status to be cancelled.
• New window (Cancel Visit) opens to insert the cancellation reason.
• Press “Save&Replace” button in order to replace the cancelled visit with other visit based on conditions set by you from ASAP settings in Scheduler in the Settings module.
  The (ASAP Visits) window opens by default with the name of provider who has the visit cancelled.
• Change the filtration criteria (Remove the Provider name) and filter, to get all available visits
• Finally, select the required visit and press “Move”, then the selected visit will be replaced by the cancelled visit.

Second: From the “Edit Visit” Page

• Open Scheduler Module, Select any of the existing visits and open the “Edit Visit” page.
• Change the Status to be: Cancelled then type the “Cancellation Reason“
  
• Save the new changes, then a Popup “ASAP Visits” opens.
  
• In order to replace the visit with other visit press “OK”.
  – The “Cancel” button will cancel the replacing of the selected visit with other visit.
• Press “OK” then new Popup “ASAP Visits” opens to select other visit.
  
• In order to replace the visit, repeat the steps mentioned in the First way.
