Now in Dentalore you have the ablitiy to show/hide patient’s mobile number using the phone information access rights, in the following views:

Check for patient’s mobile number duplication

When add/change patient’s mobile number Dentalore check if the entered mobile number exist or not, and display warning message when patient’s mobile number duplication happens.

Show/hide (Patient Ledger) section in patient overview:

Now In patient overview you can show/hide patient ledger section according to (Procedure’s Fees) Access Right

In patient overview you can see patient’s insurance maximum and remining benefit displayed in patient ledger section

Also In add/edit appointment you can see patient’s insurance maximum and remining benefit displayed in Insurance Information section

Scheduler

Providers (dentists) see only his appointments in scheduler:

Now in dentalore providers (dentists) see only his appoitments and cannot change provider selection from provider menu unless they have (Allow work list edit) access Right

Control scheduler default view :

Now in Dentalore you can control the default scheduler view either Day or Week

Day: While selected, Scheduler default view which is displayed on opening is the (Day View).

Week: While selected, Scheduler default view which is displayed on opening is the (Week View).

Now in Dentalore you have the ability to navigate to patient docs from scheduler view

Ability to copy/paste appointment to different day in scheduler:

Now in Dentalore you are able to move any appointment or reserved slot from a certain day or certain time and place it in a different or the same day at different time

By right click on any appointment or reserved slot you can select new option called “Move”  and then you can place it in new cell by right click and select “place”

Filter visits by either cash or insurance patient:

Now in Dentalore in scheduler view you can filter visits accoring to patient eith cash or insurance

If you select Insurance from type menu all APPTs Whose Patient has primary or secondary insurance will be displayed in the scheduler view

If you select cash from type menu all APPTs Whose Patient doesn’t have primary nor secondary insurance will be displayed in the scheduler view

If you select All from type menu All visits will be displayed

Chart

Print colored teeth chart:

Now you can print colored teeth chart from Chart tab

Add new cancled status to progress notes

Now in Dentalore you can change the status of the procedure to be cancelled status from Edit procedure view
