Patient
Patient Deletion
– Now with Dentalore we reduced the chance of Deleting Patient Files by mistake by preventing Patient Deletion in case Patient has related Procedures, Lab Cases, Payments or Claims.
– On deleting Patient, Patient can’t be deleted and message displayed ’This patient has related procedures, lab cases, claims or payments and cannot be deleted’.
Location:
· DentaLore Home –> Patient List –> Select Patient (who has related Procedures, Lab Cases, Payments or Claims) –> Click ‘Delete’ icon.
· DentaLore Home –> Patient List –> Select Patient (who has related Procedures, Lab Cases, Payments or Claims) –> Click Edit Patient -> Click ‘Delete’ button.
Note: Patients who don’t have Related Procedures, Lab Cases, Payments or Claims can be deleted successfully.
Insurance Company Column
– Now in Patient List you can see each Patient’s Primary Insurance and Secondary Insurance Companies displayed under ‘Insurance’ Column.
Location:
· DentaLore Home –> Patient List –> Insurance Column
Note: If Patient has Primary Insurance Company and Secondary Insurance Company both are displayed in ‘Insurance’ column separated by comma.
Patient Search
– Now you can search for Patient using ‘Patient Type’, ‘Primary Insurance Company’ and ‘Secondary Insurance Company’.
Location:
· DentaLore Home –> Patient List –> Search.
Patient APPT
– Now in APPT view, A ‘Show More’ button is added which distributes the APPTS on several clicks and with each click more APPTs displayed.
– ‘Show more’ button displays 4 APPTs at a time.
– By default 4 APPTs displayed.

· DentaLore Home –> Patient List –> Select Patient -> APPT tab
Messaging
Campaign Contacts Filter by Patient Type
– Now you can send campaign messages via SMS, Email or Both to Patients of specific ‘Patient Type’.
– Using the Condition “Patient Type”.
Location:
· DentaLore Home –> Messaging -> Marketing -> Contacts -> Add -> Enter Mandatory Data -> Click Save -> Click Add -> From Condition Menu -> Select Patient Type -> Select any Type -> Click Filter
Messaging Alert
– Now with Dentalore you get notified whenever your SMS, Email or both Quotas are 10% or less.
Location:

Recall
Recall Notification
– Now with Dentalore you get notified whenever a new recall is added in current month.
– Notification displays Number of New Recalls.
Location:
· DentaLore Home -> Recall
Note: Only Recalls of Status ‘New’ display Notification, after you change Recall Status to ‘Closed’ or ‘Active’ the Notification decrements.
Access Rights
Procedure Financials
– Now you have the option to Prevent Users (ex: Dentists) in Specific Security group from seeing Procedure’s Financial Details such as (Fees, Patient Portion, Primary Insurance Portion and Secondary Insurance Portion).
– Using the Enhanced Access Right “Procedure’s Fees”.

· DentaLore Home -> Settings -> Practice -> Security -> Select any Group -> Click Edit -> Access Right Tab -> Patient Tab
– Access Right allow user to view the Procedure’s Financials.

Reports
Provider Fees ‘Lab Cost’ Column
– In Provider Fees report, Lab Cost Column is added to enable you to view Lab Cost of each Procedure if exists.
Location:
· DentaLore Home -> Analytics -> Financials -> Provider Fees->Lab Column
Provider Fees ‘Type’ Column
– In Provider Fees report, ‘Type’ Column is added to display the Payer.
– Column displays ‘Cash’ in case Patient doesn’t have insurance Company.
– Column displays Primary Insurance Company, in case Patient does have Insurance Company.

Patients Balance Report
– In Patient Balance report, now you have an Option from which you can include or not include Patients whose Balance equal to Zero.
– When ‘Balance equal to Zero’ is checked, Patients whose Balance is Zero are displayed in report.
– When ‘Balance equal to Zero’ is NOT checked, Patients whose Balance is Zero aren’t displayed in report.

Lab Cases ‘Code’ Column
– In Lab Cases report, Code column is added.
– Column displays ‘Lab Case’ Code.

· DentaLore Home -> Analytics -> Admin -> Lab Cases -> ‘Code’ Column
Lab Cases Product Quantity
– In Lab Cases report, Product Quantity is added before each Product within Lab Case, so that you can know how many times this Product exists in specific lab case.
Location:
· DentaLore Home -> Analytics -> Admin -> Lab Cases -> ‘Product’ Column
For Example: If Product is displayed ‘4x Product Name’, this means that this Product exists 4 times in this Lab Case.
Note: Price Column now displays the Total Price of all Products within Lab Case.
Total Price = (Product X Quantity * Product X Price) + (Product Y Quantity * Product Y Price) + (Product Z Quantity * Product Z Price) etc…
Specific Reports Date Range Minimized
– In reports listed below, ‘From’ ‘To’ date range has been minimized to NOT accept more than 31 Days.
– On selecting ‘From’ date, ‘To’ calendar is optimized to not show more than 31 days from the ‘From’ date selected.

Bug Fixes
§ In Lab Case when Selecting Lab which Exists in Different Branch other than Patient’s Branch Lab Case is NOT Displayed in that Different Branch.
§ Lab Notification is not displayed when Patient has 2 Lab Cases each in Different Branch.
§ On Adding or editing adjustments, Creation Date is Delayed 2 Hours from Actual Time.
§ In Add/Edit Adjustment Pages, When Note section has more than 250 Character NO error message displayed BUT Save is prevented.
§ In Procedure Ledger, When Insurance is OFF the ‘Credit’ and ‘Adjustment’ Columns Disappear.
§ In Ledger Page, Tax Column is NOT Displayed when Insurance option is Switched Off from Settings

When we plane a treatment for a number of lab procedures by selecting and marking the procedures in the chart as planed status, then we start the treatment sequence logically divided into several visits , every time we print the request for the lab, all planed procedures include in the request, no choice for selecting a specific procedure to work with only related for a specific visit, so i kindly request to split or separate the lab procedures
