New Features 

1- Cancellation Audit Information added in the “Edit Visit” Page

You could now know the user who cancelled any visit and when it has been cancelled. By the new fields “Cancelled On” and “Cancelled By” added in the Audit Information section in the “Edit Visit” Page.

Once a visit’s Status changed to be cancelled either from the Scheduler Module or from the “Edit Visit” page then the new fields “Cancelled On” and “Cancelled By”. As the visit’s status changed to be (Cancelled) this field got updated “Saves the last cancellation data“.

2- Auto-Complete selection for Lab Product Shades form “Edit Lab Case” Pages

Enhancement has been applied on all of the “Edit Lab Case” Pages in which each of (Shade, Gingival, Body, Stain, Pontic Design, and Incisal) fields related to each lab product become an auto-complete drop down menu that once the user type anything in it, then the drop down directly displays only the items related to the typed data.

3- Access Rights control the Start & End of Progress Notes in Chart View

Procedures displayed in the Progress Notes tab in Chart View could now be started and Ended only by the users who have access rights to “Add Procedures” not “Edit Procedures. So Users who are Not allowed to add procedures will never be able to start and End procedures in the Progress Notes tab.

4- Enhancement of Payment Transaction

(Date) field in the “Add Payment” page becomes disabled, user who perform the add payment transaction can’t edit in the payment’s date. This enhancement has been applied for Open and Procedure Ledger types.

>> Note that: Only users who have access rights to edit in the payment transactions will be able to edit the (Date) from “Edit Payment” page.

5- Enhancement of Adjustment Transaction

New field “Percentage” added in the “Add Adjustment” and “Edit Adjustment” pages that enable user to specify the adjustment by percentage or amount.

So the user could add adjustment either by amount or by percentage. This enhancement has been applied for Procedure Ledger type Only.

>> Note that the (Percentage) calculates it’s value from the “Fees” field.

6- Daily Procedures Report

Daily Procedures report is a new report that displays the procedures performed in your clinic by all providers within the selected date range and required status of procedures. Report helps the clinic to easily track the procedures day by day, knows the fees of each procedure and total fees of all listed procedures.

Daily Procedures Report could be accessed from the Analytics Module under Financials menu.

Note that the following for the data displayed in the (Daily Procedures) report:

  1. Data displayed per branch.
  2. Procedures listed in the report according to their Creation Date.
  3. Report displays the Patient Name, Provider Name, Procedure Name, Tooth Number, Date when procedure created, Date when procedure started “Status becomes in Progress“, Date when the procedure completed “Status becomes completed”, Status of procedure, and Fees of each procedure.

7- Enhancement of “Providers Procedures” Report

The (Patient ID) and (Phone Number) columns has been added to the report in order to make report more valuable and enables user to directly reach the required patient.

“Providers Procedures” report that displays the procedures performed by the selected provider within selected date range form filtration section.

Providers Procedures Report could be accessed from the Analytics Module under Financials menu.

8- Enhancement of “Patients Balance” Report

“Patients Balance” report that displays the balance of patients for their procedures with selected status within selected date range from the filtration section.

Enhancement is that the (Fees) column has been removed from this report and instead of it a new (Total Balance) column has been added that calculates the patient’s Prior balance “Before the selected date range” + the current balance.

As well the (Prior Balance) column has been moved to be before the (Last Visit) column, so that the user could easily detect the patient’s prior balance and his new balance according to the selected date range.

Patients Balance Report could be accessed from Analytics Module under Financials menu.

9- “Insurance claims” Report

Now the “Insurance Claims” Report could be accessed from Open Ledger in addition to Procedure Ledger .

Bug Fixes
General:

  • For Lab the date of Payment Transactions in “Cash Flow” and “Expenses” Views in Financials Module is now displayed instead of the creation date of the lab payment transactions.
  • Only Active Recalls of “Appointment” type displayed in the (APPT) drop down menu in patient’s info page.
  • “Start Session” button in Provider dashboard becomes functional from both of the ios and Android devices.
  • Visits (Appointments) could be successfully added from the Scheduler Module from different types of devices (ipad, iphone, Tab, …etc).
  • Fix listing of Procedures displayed in (Progress Notes) and (Treatment Plan) tabs in the Chart View of patients from different types of devices (ipad, iphone, Tab, …etc).
  • Searching by “Date” field in the Cash flow of Financials Module becomes functional from different types of devices (ipad, iphone, Tab, …etc).
  • Agenda view in scheduler Module displays appointments correctly from different types of devices (ipad, iphone, Tab, …etc).

Arabic Language:

  • Colors of reservation cards in Scheduler Module are correctly reflected.
  • “Detailed Referred In” Report in Analytics Module under Patients menu successfully displays data.
  • Searching by (All) in the “Date” field of Docs View of patients becomes functional.

French Language:

  • Uploaded and scanned items from Docs View of patients are successfully displayed and listed in Docs main page.
  • (Save) and (Save&Close) buttons in the “Add Prescription” and “Edit Prescription” pages are now functional.
