New Features 

1- Patient’s Form

Forms are templates that are predefined by Dentalore system or configured by user in order to have ready forms to be created for patients and added in their files on any time, such as the Attendance Certificate which proves that the patient was in the clinic within a specific time, Sick leave certificate, …etc.

“Forms” new feature could be accessed from the Docs view in patient’s file.

  • Forms is a new drop down button found in Docs view of each patient, that user could add predefined or customized forms to patients and update in each form upon needs.
  • User selects the required form (For Example: Sick Leave Certificate), then a Popup “Add Form” opens displaying the patient’s data within the Sick leave certificate.
  • For the selected form type user could perform the following actions:
    — “Save”: Once pressed the form will be saved, listed in the Docs view with type: Forms, and the User directed to the “Edit Form” Popup.
    — “Save&Close”: Once Pressed the form will be saved, listed in the Docs view with type: Forms, Popup closes and the User directed Docs Main view.
    — “Print”: Once Pressed the form  opened in new tab in order to be printed.

    >> Note that You are able to change the Header and Footer of Form printout from the Settings module; Practice; General; Layouts. For more information, check: Configure printout header and footer.
    — “Close”: Once Pressed the form will not be saved and Popup closes.
  • Moreover the user has the ability to create new forms from Settings module.

2- Configure New Forms Templates

  • From Settings Module; Select Practice; Forms.

  • User Could add new form template, update and delete an existing one from the “Forms” main page.
  • Press “Add” button, You will be directed to “Add Form” Page.
  • From “Add Form” page user types the required form’s template and selects from the dynamic entities available upon his needs and save the new form’s template.
    — Dynamic entities that could be added to the form’s template that will directly be replaced by patient’s info once the form selected for patient are:
    -> Patient’s (Name, Age, and Sex).
    -> Provider’s (Name).
    -> Operatory’s (Name).
    -> Appointment’s (Date, Time, and Status).
    -> Clinic’s (Name).
    -> Branch’s (Name, Phone, Mobile, and Address).
    -> Today’s (Date, Day, and Time).
  • New Form’s template saved will be displayed in the “Forms” drop down button in Docs View to be used.

3- Shopping Cart

“Shopping” new feature is ONLY available in EGYPT.

Shopping Cart inside DentaLore Cloud System enables the user to perform online shopping from DentaCarts Website which is one of the biggest online dental market in Egypt, that the user could browse products, select required items, add to cart and get all his needs in an easy comfortable way.

  • New Feature “Shopping” Cart added to the navigation bar in which each user could register by his/her account to access the online shopping website of DentaCarts.
  • The “Email” and “Password” are the only information required from the user when he/she press the “Shopping” for the First Time.
  • After then user will directly access DentaCarts website from inside Dentalore when press on “Shopping“.

Bug Fixes

  • Date of Payment and Adjustment Transactions in “Lab Expenses” View in Financials Module.
