Introduction
Referred-In Summary Report:
- Displays statistical data about referral in distribution for patients over a certain period of time.
- Data displayed in report Per clinic.
(Referred-In Summary) report could be accessed from:
- Analytics >> Financials >> Referred-In Summary.
Filtration
- Date Range
– (From) and (To) fields in the filtration Area.
– Data displayed in report depending on Creation date of patient’s account.
– Default selection: Last Month, starting from today.
Content
Referred In report displays data in 3 sections:
1- Referral In (count) – Pie chart
Pie chart displays the number of referred in patients by the defined items in DentaLore System each with different color which are:
- None
- Facebook/Twitter
- Employer
- Insurance Plan
- Internet/Website
- Physician
- Poster
- Radio/TV
- Walk In Sign
- Yellow Pages
- Patients
- Others
2- Referral In count – Bar Chart
Same data of pie Chart is displayed in a horizontal bar chart (Week/Count) based chart.
3- Male Vs Female – Gender Icons & a bar chart
The Count of (Male and Female) patients is calculated from the patients who have a referred in only, not the total number of patients in clinic.
