One of the most important features offered by DentaLore Cloud System for providers is the Work List which is a view lists all of the visits on selected date range to track visits from one view, Moreover to start and complete visits from the same view.
To Access the Work list, follow the following:
- Expand the Patients drop down menu and Select ‘Work List’.
- Work List view directly opens by default settings:
– Today’s Date.
– Status of visits that are displayed in view by default are the: In progress, Checked In, and Confirmed visits
– For all providers - So Work List View is mainly divided in 2 Sections: (Search Area and Grid View).
1- Search Area
User has the ability to search by:
- Date: Is a drop down menu contains the following options: (All, Tomorrow, Today, Yesterday, Current Week, Last Week, Current Month, Last Month, Current Year, Last Year, and Custom range).
-> Default selection is: Today; That user could directly check his today’s’ visits. - Status: Is an Auto-Complete drop down menu that contains all of the available defined visits’ status to give user ability to search by required status. Status could be: (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Delayed, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Checked out, Cancelled, and Missed).
-> Default Selection is: In Progress, Checked In, and Confirmed. - Provider: Is a drop down menu contains all of the active providers assigned to the selected branch in the navigation bar.
-> Default Selection is: Blank; which means that visits for all providers will be displayed in the work list grid view even if visits that are not assigned to any provider.
— Note that if you are logging in with a provider’s account, then directly the name of provider will be displayed in the (Provider) field and his/her related visits will be displayed in grid view. - Operatory: Is a drop down menu contains all of the active rooms assigned to the selected branch in the navigation bar.
- ‘Filter‘ button used to filter data in the grid view upon the search criteria.
2- Work List
Work List grid view displays visits depending on the selection in search criteria, visits displayed with the following data:
- Transactions Column: 2 actions are available in this column (Start and Complete) the visit.
— Start Icon: Once Pressed user is directed to the ‘Chart’ view in order to start your work on the patient’s teeth and status of visit changed to be “In Progress”.
-> Note that ‘Start’ action displayed only for visits of status: Unconfirmed, Confirmed, and Checked In.
— End Icon: Once Pressed, the (End) icon disappears for the selected visit and status of visit changed to be “Completed”.
-> Note that ‘End’ action displayed only for visits of status: In Progress. - Time: Is the time of the visit when it has been created and this time is updated if the visit’s time change (Updated by user).
- Checked In Time: Is the time when the status of visit is changed to “Checked In”.
-> Note that if a status of visit is directly changed from Unconfirmed to In Progress then the (Checked In) field will left blank. - Length: Is the length of the visit as set for it and this column updates the visit length if user changes it.
- ID: Is the patient’s unique ID.
- “Filter” icon displayed in the (ID) column in order to search for a specific patient.
- Patient: Is the patient’s Name
- “Filter” icon displayed in the (Patient) column in order to search for a specific patient by name.
- Operatory: Is the Name of operatory selected for the visit to be performed in and this column updates the operatory’s name if user changes it.
- Provider: Is the name of provider whom the visit is assigned to. If visit is not assigned to any provider then it will left blank.
- Reason for visit: Is the reason for visit selected from the ‘Edit Visit’ page which could be a procedure from (Initial) procedures or from the patient’s treatment plan procedures.
- Status: Is the current status of visit.
As well an Automatic Message (SMS and/or Email) could be send daily to providers informing them with their visits (Work List) on the next day upon rule created from messaging module in Settings, for more information about, Check: Configure Automatic Rule for Provider’s Work List.
