Price List is the place where user is able to create his price lists for patients and Insurance.
To Access the Price List, follow the following:
- Press your name at the top right corner and Select Settings, new window will open.
- Expand Accounting Menu and select “Price List”.
- Note that the (Base Price List) is created by default in DentaLore System and Can’t be deleted.
‘Price List‘ Main Page contains the following:
1- Search Area
User has ability to search for a specific Price List from the Search box at the upper right side of the page using the “Price List Name“.
2- Price List grid view
Price List grid view contains all of the defined price lists and an “Add” button to add new ones.

– Columns of Price List grid view respectively are:
- Transactions Column
Contains 2 actions that could be performed on the Price List:
– “View”: When Pressed, User will be directed to the ‘Edit Price List’ Page.
– “Delete”: When Pressed, Popup “Delete Price List” opens to confirm or cancel the deletion of selected Price List. - Code
– Column displays the unique code (ID) for each price list. - Name
– Column displays the name of price list. - Parent
– Column that displays the name of the price list that’s selected as a parent for new price list.
– For Ex.: The Base Price List (Created by default) is the parent for the new price list. - Inherited
– Column that displays if the price list is inherited from other price list or not. - Created On
– Column displays the date and time when the price list is first created. - Created By
– Column displays the name of user who first created the price list. - Updated On
– Column displays the date and time when the price list is last updated. - Updated By
– Column displays the name of user who last updated the price list. - Active
– Column displays if the price list is active and could be used or inactive.
