Appointment View is the main place to manage the patient’s visits (Appointments).
To Access the APPT View, follow the following steps:
- Expand the “Patients” menu and select “Patient List”.
- From the patients grid view select any of the existing patients.
- All patients’ modules become enabled, Select the “APPT”.
- Once “APPT” is pressed, New page “Appointments” opens where all patient appointments are displayed in it.
- The “Appointments” page displays the patient’s Name and ID at the top of the page and lists all of the patient’s visits starting from his first visit to the clinic till the last one with information of each visit displayed on the visit’s card.

A ‘Show More’ button is displayed which distributes the APPTS on several clicks and with each click more APPTs are displayed.
- Visits are displayed from the newest one to the oldest one arranged by years, months, days and hours.
- The visit Card displays the following information about the visit:
— Provider’s Name: Which is the name of the provider whom the visit is assigned to.
— Operatory Name: Which the name of room where the visit performed.
— Symbol for Urgent visits.
— Visit’s Status: Which could be one of the 9 Status of visit (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Delayed, Checked In, In Progress, Completed, Checked Out, Cancelled, or Missed)
— Visit’s Length: Which is the length set for the visit while creating it.
— Date and Time of Visit. - As well there is an add button to add new visits for the selected patient. Press “Add Visit”.
- New page “Add Visit” opens.
