Lab Cases Report

Introduction
Lab Cases Report:

  1. Displays the Lab Cases of different states exist in the selected branch of your clinic from the navigation bar within specific date range.
  2. Report displays data of Last Month by default.

 (Lab Cases) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Admin >> Lab Cases.

Filtration
User has the ability to filter data within required period of time from:

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields in the filtration Area.
    – Default Selection is: Last Month.

Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.

  • Provider Name
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of active providers assigned to the selected branch from navigation bar.
    – Default Selection: First Provider Name in drop down menu.
  • Lab Status
    – Is a Multi-selection box that contains all of the available lab status that could be: New, Approved, Ordered, Received, or Delivered.
    – Default Selection: New.
  • Lab
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of the active labs in your clinic.
    – Default Selection: First Lab Name in the drop down menu.

Content
Lab Cases are displayed in grid view whose columns are as follow:

  • Patient Name
    – Displays the patient’s name.
  • Provider Name
    – Displays the provider’s name whom the lab case is assigned to him/her.
  • Code
    – displays ‘Lab Case’ Code.
  • Product
    – Displays the Lab Product name preceded by Product Quantity.

For Example: If Product is displayed ‘4x Product Name’, this means that this Product exists 4 times in this Lab Case.

  • Created On
    – Displays the date when the Lab case has been created.
  • Ordered On
    – Displays the date when the lab case has been ordered.
  • Delivered On
    – Displays the date when the lab case has been delivered.

  • Price
    – Displays the Total Price of all Products within Lab Case.

Total Price = (Product X Quantity * Product X Price) + (Product Y Quantity * Product Y Price) + (Product Z Quantity * Product Z Price) etc…

  • Status
    – Displays the current status of the lab case.
