Insurance Procedures Report

Introduction
Insurance Procedures Report:

  1. Displays the procedures (of all status: Planned, In Progress, and completed) that have insurance part within the selected date range.
  2. Data displayed in report are for all clinics’ branches (Per Clinic).
  3. Information of Insurance procedures related to each insurance company is displayed on separate page.

>> Note that in the (Insurance Procedures) report, all procedures that have insurance will be displayed even if procedure is not assigned to any provider.

 (Insurance Procedures) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Insurance Procedures.

 

Filtration

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
    – Date filtration depends on Creation Date of procedure.
    – Default Selection: Last Month.

Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.

  • Procedure Status
    – Is a Multi-selection box that enables user to select required status of procedures that could be: Planned, In progress, and Completed.
    – Default selection: Planned, In Progress, Completed.
  • Insurance
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of the defined active insurance companies in the clinic.
    – Default Selection: First Insurance Company’s name in menu.

Content
Header
At the report’s header the following value is displayed:
– Label (Insurance): Displays the name of insurance company selected from the filtration section.

Body
Insurance Procedures are displayed in a grid view whose columns are as follows:

  • Patient
    – Displays the patient’s name.
  • Provider
    – Displays the provider’s name who performed the procedure.
  • Procedure
    – Displays the procedure’s name.
  • Tooth No.
    – Displays tooth number on which procedure has been performed.
  • Created On
    Displays the date when the procedure has been created.
  • Status
    – Displays the current status of procedure.
  • Subscriber
    – Displays the name of insurance subscriber that could be the patient himself or his relatives (One of his family members).
  • Member Type
    – Displays the relationship between the patient and the subscriber.
  • Fees
    – Displays the procedure’s fees.
    – (Total) amount is displayed at the end of (Fees) column.
  • Insurance Part
    – Displays the insurance portion that should be paid by insurance company for patient.
    – (Total) amount is displayed at the end of (Fees) column.
