Insurance Claims

Introduction
Insurance Claims Report:

  1. Displays the insurance claims for Completed procedures only within the selected date range.
  2. Data displayed in report are for all clinics’ branches. And user has ability to display data of a specific branch.

>> Note that procedure must be assigned to a provider in order to be displayed in the (Insurance Claims) report.

 (Insurance Claims) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Insurance Claims.

Filtration

  • Branch
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of the defined branches in your clinic with default selection: All.
  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
    – Date filtration depends on Completion date of procedures.
    – Default Selection: Last Month starting from today.

Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.

  • Insurance
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of the defined active insurance companies in the clinic.
    – Default Selection: First Insurance Company’s name in menu.

Content
Insurance Claims report displays the following data for each insurance company:

  • Name of Insurance Company is displayed before each section.
  • مسلسل
    – Displays serial number for the listed records in the grid view.
  • التاريخ
    – Displays the date when the procedure has been created.
  • رقم القيد
    – Displays the insurance subscriber ID of patient.
  • اسم المريض
    Displays the patient’s name.
  • الخدمة
    – Displays the name of procedures performed to the patients.
  • القيمة
    – Displays the total amount of insurance portion for every procedure.
    – (الإجمالى) amount is displayed at the end of (الإجمالى) column for each insurance company.
  • الطبيب المعالج
    – Displays the name of provider who performed the procedure.
