Insurance Aging Report

Introduction
Insurance Aging Report:

  1. Displays the insurance claims that are unpaid or partially paid (Still Open) since the selected date range.
  2. Data displayed in report are for all clinics’ branches (Per Clinic).
  3. Insurance Claims displayed depending on the Claim Creation date within the selected date range.

>> Note that when the claim is totally paid then it will be removed from (Insurance Aging) reports.  

 (Insurance Aging) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Insurance Aging.

Filtration

  • Insurance
    – Is a drop down menu that contains all of the defined active insurance companies in the clinic.
    – Default Selection: First Insurance Company’s name in menu.

  • Age
    – Is a drop down menu that contains the following options: (Less than 30 Days, Between 31 and 60 Days, Between 61 and 90 Days, Greater than 90 Days).
    – Default Selection: Less than 30 Days.

Content
Header
At the report’s header the following value is displayed:
– Label (Insurance): Displays the name of insurance company selected from the filtration section.

Body
Insurance Aging displays data in a grid view whose columns are as follows:
Name of insurance company selected from the filtration section is displayed before it’s data records.

  • Code
    – Displays the Claim ID (Code).

  • Created On
    – Displays the date when the claim has been created.
  • Created By
    – Displays the name of user who created the claim.

  • Sent By
    – Displays the name of user who sent the claim.

  • Sent On
    – Displays the date when the claim is sent.

  • Claim Amount
    – Displays the total amount of the claim that insurance should pay.

  • Paid Amount
    – Displays the total amount of money paid by insurance from the total amount of claim.
  • Age
    – Displays the age of claim (How old is the claim?) with respect to the selected age from filtration section.
