DentaLore System offers one of the most important features in any cloud software system which is importing patient’s data to the system  and as well ability to take a backup of your data.

To Import data, follow the following:

• Press your name at the top right corner and Select “Settings”.
  
• Expand Practice Menu and select “Backup”.
  
• The “Backup” view is mainly divided in to 2 sections: (Backup) and (Import) with sticky notes in each section illustrates how perform both tasks.

Import Section
This section enables user to import new patients that has been added in Excel sheet and not saved on DentaLore system.
So, in order to make this process flows in an easy way; you could download the already made template by DentaLore system by clicking on the clickable name “Download Template” then use this template for adding your patients offline.
Then import them back to DentaLore through the “Import” button.

Note that:
– User can’t import data that’s previously imported. 
– Imported file must be in the same format as the (Downloaded Template), otherwise the importing will fail.
