User who have the access rights to edit in the patient’s payment, is able to edit in the payment records.
To Access the “Edit Payment” Page, follow the following:
- Expand “Patients” menu and Select “Patient List”.
- Select any of the existing patients and then Select “Ledger”.
- Press “View” icon beside the required payment record.
- New page “Edit Payment” opens.
- Note that For the payment records that include “Distribute”. User Can’t remove the check mark of “Distribute” from the “Edit Payment” page.
>> In order to edit the amount value, You could only edit it from the “Amount” column in the grid view and this update reflects in the “Amount” field in the payment details. - Also from the “Edit Payment” page, User could Print and delete the payment transaction, For more information, Check:
— Print Patient’s Receipt from Open Ledger View.
— Delete Payment Transaction from Open Ledger View.
