Demographics Report

Introduction
Demographics Report:

  1. Displays the demographic distribuation of your patients in specific time period.
  2. Data displayed in report Per branch.

 (Demographics) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Demographics.

Filtration
User has the ability to filter data within required period of time from:

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields in the filtration Area.
    – Date filtration depends on the patient’s Creation Date.
    – Default selection: Last Month, starting from today.

Content
Demographics displays data in the following sections:
1- Males vs Females

  • Section displays the Count of males, females and unspecified patients in percentage values and a bar chart in order to determine the ratio between the patients’ genders. 

2- Martial Status

  • Section displays the Count of patients depending on their martial status that could be: (Single, Married, Widowed, Divorced) within selected date range.
  • The bar chart displays the total number of all patients whose marital status are displayed in pie chart, according to their gender within the selected date range.

3- Cash vs Insurance

  • Section displays the Count of cash patients versus insurance patients in a pie chart within selected date range.

4- Occupation

  • Section displays the Count of patients according to their occupation within selected date range.

5- City

  • Section displays the Count of patients according to their city within selected date range.

6- Zip

  • Section displays the Count of patients according to zip code within selected date range.
