User who have the access rights to delete the patient’s adjustment, is the only one able to delete this transaction.
To Delete the Adjustment transaction, follow the following:
- Expand “Patients” menu and Select “Patient List”.
- Select any of the existing patients and then Select “Ledger”.
- Select the procedure that has the required adjustment transaction to be deleted then;
There are 2 ways to delete the adjustment transaction which are:
1- “Delete” icon in the “Payments” section in Procedure ledger grid view
- Press “Delete” icon for the required adjustment transaction.
- Popup “Delete Adjustment” appears.
— If user Press “Delete” button then the Adjustment transaction will be deleted and removed from the “Payments” section.
— If user Press “Cancel” button then the Adjustment transaction will not be deleted and still displayed in the “Payments” section.
2- “Delete” button in “Edit Adjustment” page
- Press “View” icon for the required adjustment transaction.
- New page “Edit Adjustment” opens. Press the “Delete” button.
- Popup “Delete Adjustment” appears.
— If user Press “Delete” button then the Adjustment transaction will be deleted and removed from the “Payments” section.
— If user Press “Cancel” button then the Adjustment transaction will not be deleted and still displayed in the “Payments” section.
