Delete Adjustment Transaction from Procedure Ledger View

User who have the access rights to delete the patient’s adjustment, is the only one able to delete this transaction.

To Delete the Adjustment transaction, follow the following:

  • Expand “Patients” menu and Select “Patient List”.
  • Select any of the existing patients and then Select “Ledger”.
  • Select the procedure that has the required adjustment transaction to be deleted then;

There are 2 ways to delete the adjustment transaction which are:

1- “Delete” icon in the “Payments” section in Procedure ledger grid view

  • Press “Delete” icon for the required adjustment transaction.
  • Popup “Delete Adjustment” appears.

    — If user Press “Delete” button then the Adjustment transaction will be deleted and removed from the “Payments” section.
    — If user Press “Cancel” button then the Adjustment transaction will not be deleted and still displayed in the “Payments” section.

2- “Delete” button in “Edit Adjustment” page

  • Press “View” icon for the required adjustment transaction.
  • New page “Edit Adjustment” opens. Press the “Delete” button.
  • Popup “Delete Adjustment” appears.

    — If user Press “Delete” button then the Adjustment transaction will be deleted and removed from the “Payments” section.
    — If user Press “Cancel” button then the Adjustment transaction will not be deleted and still displayed in the “Payments” section.
