Daily Procedures

Introduction
Daily Procedures Report:

  1. Displays the procedures performed in your clinic by all providers within the selected date range and required status of procedures with fees of each listed procedure.
  2. Procedures listed in the report according to their Creation Date in ascending order.
  3. Data displayed per branch

 (Daily Procedures) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Daily Procedures.

Filtration

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
    – Date filtration depends on the Creation Date of procedures.
    – Default Selection: Today’s Date.

Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.

  • Procedure Status
    – Is a Multi-selection box that enables user to select required status of procedures that could be: Planned, In progress, Completed, Condition, and Completed by other.
    – Default selection: Completed.
  • Based On
    – Is a single selection drop down menu that enables user to select date range to work on procedure’s ‘Created On Date’ Or ‘Completed On Date’
    – Default selection: Created On.

Content
Header
At the report’s header the following value is displayed:

– Label (Total): Displays the total amount (value) of procedures’ fees listed in report within selected date range & status.

Body

Daily Procedures data are displayed in a grid view whose columns are:

  • Patient Name
    – Displays the patient’s name.
  • Provider Name
    – Displays the provider’s name who performed the procedure.
  • Procedure
    – Displays the procedure’s name.
  • Tooth No.
    – Displays the tooth number on which the procedure has performed.
  • Created On
    – Displays the date & time when the procedure has been created.
  • Started On
    – Displays the date & time when the procedure has started.
  • Completed On
    – Displays the date & time when the procedure becomes completed.
  • Status
    – Displays the current status of procedure.
  • Fees
    – Displays the fees of procedure.
