Introduction
Daily Expenses Report:
- Displays the expenses of your clinic per branch.
(Daily Expenses) report could be accessed from:
- Analytics >> Financials >> Daily Expenses.
Filtration
– (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
– Date filtration depends on the Transaction Date.
– Default Selection: Today’s Date.
Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.
–Method: Cash , Credit Card , Check and All.
Content
Header
At the report’s header the following value is displayed:
– Label (Total): Displays the total amount (value) of expenses listed in the report within the selected date range.
Body
Expenses data are displayed in a grid view whose columns are:
- Date
– Displays the date and time when the expenses transaction has been performed within the selected date range.
>> N.B.: This field got updated if user updates the (Date) field in the “Edit Expense” page. - Category
– Displays the name of category where the expenses relate to it (Ex. Rent, Bills …etc.). - Item Code
– Displays the value of Expense Code.
Note That If The Transaction is:
- Expenses then it will display the code of each expense item (This “Code” is displayed in the ‘Edit Expense’ page in Settings module).
Note: To Access page “Edit Expenses” Settings >> Accounting >> Expenses >> “Edit” icon >> Edit Expense
- Item
– Displays the name of item selected from the selected category where the expenses relate to it. - User
– Displays the User’s name who created the expenses transaction. - Amount
– Displays the amount of paid expenses.
– At the table’s footer there is label (Total) that displays the total value of all expenses in the (Amount) column.
