Messaging Module in DentaLore offers user many functions that help him to send messages (SMS abd/or Email) to patients, among those functions is the ability to Create group of existing contacts (Patients) in order to send campaigns for them.

Groups (Contacts) View
To Access the Contacts View, follow the following:

• Expand Messaging menu then select Marketing >> “Groups”.
  
  

“Contacts” Main page contains the following sections:
1- Search Area
This field is a Search box at the upper right side of the page that enables user to search for a specific Contact group using the group’s name. 

2- Contacts Grid View
Grid view lists all of the defined contacts groups in system and an “Add” button to add new groups.

– Columns of grid view are:

• Transactions Column
  Contains 2 different actions: View and Delete.
  – “View” icon : User will be directed to the “Edit Contact List” Page in order to update any of the required fields.
  – “Delete” icon: Popup “Delete Contact List” opens to confirm or cancel the deletion of selected contact group.
• Name
  – Is the contact group’s name.
• Contacts
  – Is the number of contacts that’s added in the group.
• Created On
  – Is the date and time when the group has first created.
• Created By
  – Is the name of user who first created the group.
• Updated On
  – Is the date and time when the group has last updated.
• Updated By
  – Is the name of user who last updated the group.
• Active
  – Is the status of contact group that the active group could be used in campaigns while inactive can’t be used in campaigns to send messages for.
