DentaLore system offers the user many views that enables him/her to add visits (appointments) for patients, the main view for doing this, is the scheduler Module.

Configure Appointment from Scheduler View

1) Add Appointment
There are 2 ways to add an appointment which are:

• Double Click on an Empty Slot, or
• Right Click on an Empty slot; then select “Add Appointment” from the short cut menu.
  
• You will be directed to new page “Add Visit“.
  
• Add appointment for required patient and save. For more information about visit details, check: (Add Visit) Page.

2) Edit Appointment
As well there are 2 ways to edit an appointment from the Scheduler View which are:

• Double Click on the Visit Card (Appointment), or
• Right Click on the Visit Card, then short cut menu opens; Select “Edit”.
  
• You will be directed to the “Edit Visit” page.
  

3) Delete Appointment
And there are 3 ways to delete an appointment from the Scheduler View which are:

• Press the (x) symbol on the upper right side of Visit Card, or
  
  – Warning message appears to confirm or cancel the deletion of visit.
  
• Right Click on the Visit Card, then short cut menu opens; Select “Delete”, or
  
  – Popup “Delete Visit” Opens.
  

• Double Click on the Visit Card (Appointment).
  – User directed to the “Edit Visit” Page, Press “Delete” button.
  
  – Popup “Delete Visit” Opens.
  

If user Press “Cancel” then the visit will not be deleted and still displayed in Scheduler.
If user Press “Delete” then the visit will be deleted and removed from the patient’s visits and from Scheduler View.
