Messaging Module in DentaLore offers user many functions that help him to send messages (SMS abd/or Email) to patients, Track these messages, Create campaigns and Create groups to sent campaigns for.

Campaigns View
To Access the Campaigns View, follow the following:

• Expand Messaging menu then select Marketing >> "Campaigns".
  
  

"Campaigns" Main page contains the following sections:
1- Search Area
This field is a Search box at the upper right side of the page that enables user to search for a specific campaign using the campaign's name. 

2- Campaigns Grid View
Grid view lists all of the defined campaigns in system and an "Add" button to add new campaigns.

- Columns of grid view are:

• Transactions Column
  Contains 2 different actions: View and Delete.
  - "View" icon of New Campaign: User will be directed to the "Edit Campaign" Page in order to update any of the required fields.
  - "View" icon of a Sent Campaign: User will be directed to the "View Results" Page in order to show the result of sent campaign.
  - "Delete" icon: Popup "Delete Campaign" opens to confirm or cancel the deletion of selected campaign.
  
• Name
  - Is the campaign's name.
• Contacts
  - Is the number of contacts added in the group that's selected in the campaign for sending the message (SMS and/or Emai) for them.
• Created On
  - Is the date and time when the campaign has first created.
• Created By
  - Is the name of user who first created the campaign.
• Updated On
  - Is the date and time when the campaign has last updated.
• Updated By
  - Is the name of user who last updated the campaign.
• Sent On
  - Is the date and time when the campaign has last sent.
• Sent By
  - Is the name of user who last sent the campaign.
• Status
  - Is the campaign's status.
