Assign Employee to branch

Employee could have the access rights that enables him to work on one or more of the clinic’s branches.

To Assign branches for Employee, Follow the following:

  • Press on your name at the upper right side and select “Settings”.

  • Expand “Resources” menu and Select “Employee”.
  • Select the required employee from the ‘Employee’ grid view and Press the “View” icon.
  • New Page “Edit Employee” opens; Select the (Branches) tab.

    — Branches tab contains the following:
  • Branch: Drop down menu that contains all of the active defined branches of the clinic in order to select the required branch to assign it to employee.
  • Add button: When pressed the selected branch from the (Branch) drop down menu added in the table bellow.
  • Assigned Branches Table: Displays the list of branches that the selected employee is assigned to.
    — By Default Employee is assigned to the branch that he/she is created on it and this branch marked as the preferred for him.
    Table displays the following columns:
    – Actions Column:  2 actions could be performed on branch;
     – Favorite: When pressed the selected branch becomes the favorite for the employee that when he/she logs in Denatalore system the favorite branch will be automatically selected in the navigation bar.
       – Delete: When pressed the selected branch will be removed from table.
      – Branch Name
      – Address: Is the address of branch.
  • Add other branch from the (Branches) drop down menu.


  • Branch successfully assigned to the employee, Now the employee could change his/her favorite branch by clicking on the (Star) icon.

    >> Note that the (Favorite) option is applied on only one branch.
  • After assigning  2 or more branches to the employee, when he/she logs in with his account then the assigned branches will be displayed in the navigation bar and the favorite one is selected automatically with the ability to switch from one branch to another.
