Appointment Status Report

Introduction
Appointment Status Report:

  1. Displays different appointment statuses in the selected branch of your clinic from the navigation bar within specific date range.
  2. Displays data of Last Month from today’s date by default.

 (Appointment Status) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Admin >> Appointment Status.

Filtration
User has the ability to filter data within required period of time from:

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields in the filtration Area depends on the Creation Date of appointments (Visits).
    – Default Selection is: Last Month from today’s date.

Content
Header

At the report’s header the following values are displayed:

– Label (Completed): Displays the count of completed appointments within the selected date range.

– Label (Cancelled): Displays the count of cancelled appointments within the selected date range.

– Label (Missed): Displays the count of missed appointments within the selected date range.

Body
Same data for Appointment Statuses are displayed in 3 different formats:

  • Pie Chat
  • Horizontal Bar Graph
  • Table
    – The total number of visits of each status is displayed and total number through the whole day/ month is also displayed.
