Add Procedure for patient could be done from different places in Dentalore System:

1- Chart View

• “Chart” View; Select the required Procedure from “Procedure category” and “Procedure” drop down menus then press on the required tooth.

As well user could access the “Add Procedure” page from the following views:

2- Procedure View

• “Procedure” View; “Add” button in the “Procedure” main page.
  

3- Ledger View

• “Ledger” View; “Add Procedure” button..

>> Any of the above ways will direct to the “Add Procedure” page to add a procedure.

Select required procedure for patient and save it for him.

— Once a Procedure is created for a selected patient then directly an automatic message (SMS and/or Email) will be send to patient on time of the procedure’s creation or after a specific period of time from the procedure’s creation depending on the rule created from settings module, for more information about managing rules of procedures’ messages, Check: Configure Automatic Rule for Procedures.

— The message (SMS and/or Email) sent to the patient depending on the procedure’s status that user could type different instructions for each status, for more information about inserting instructions on each procedure type, Check “Instruction” section in: Configure Procedure.
