As the Signed clinical notes can’t be edited nor deleted, Dentalore system offers the addendum feature; that in Case the provider needs to add more information or new data related to a specific clinical note, So he/she could write an addendum. 

Add an Addendum 

• For the required clinical note, press the “Addendum” icon.
  
• New popup “Add Addendum” opens, that contains the “Description” section in order to select a predefined template to add or type a free text as required.
  
• Press “Save” button. Popup closes.
  
• From the “Clinical Notes” view, Press on “Show more” to display the added addendum.
