Dentalore system gives the user ability to add medical information, such as: Alerts, Allergies, and vital signs for their patients. Vital signs are the medical signs of patient that mainly includes the patient’s Heart rate, Blood pressure, Height, and weight.
1) Adding Vital Signs
- Select patient from patient list.
- Open the “EMR” View.
- Press “Add” button in the Vital Signs section.
Popup “Add Vitals” opens that contains the following sections:
— Heart Rate: Is the beats per minute of patient’s heart.
— Blood Pressure: Is the patient’s blood pressure (Systole/Diastole).
— Height: Is the Patient’s height in Centimeters.
— Weight: Is the Patient’s weight in Kilograms. - Insert required information and press “Save” button
- From the “Add Vitals” popup, You have the ability to add only one vital sign and save it.
2) Edit Vital Signs
- User could edit each of the vital signs separately, by pressing on the name of the required vital sign;
For example: Press the “Heart Rate” clickable name; then Popup “Edit Heart Rate” opens.
- Note that: When the user press on the name of a vital sign to edit it, it will overwrite the new edited value by the old value (That the old value will not be saved).
- Note that: The data displayed in the vital signs section are the last recorded data.
- Moreover the user or the provider could follow up the changes of the patient’s vital signs from the “History” button beside each vital sign that saves the history of each vital sign and represent data in an easy graphically interface.
