Procedures Tracking

Introduction

Procedures Tracking Report:

  1. displays branch name where the procedures become completed so that user could accurately follow up his work and financials.

 (Procedures Tracking) report could be accessed from:

  • Analytics >> Financials >> Procedures Tracking.

Filtration

  • Date Range
    – (From) and (To) fields enables user to select the required date range.
    – Date filtration depends on the Adjustment Date.
    – Default Selection: Today’s Date.

Note: The number of days between ‘From’ date and ‘To’ date can NOT exceed 31 Days.

  • Branch Based
    – Is a drop down list that contains (Completed At, Started At and Created At) with default selection: Completed At.

Content
Procedures Tracking data are sections into 2 sections:

  • Total: displays the total fees of procedures.
  • Grid: Contains the following
    1. Patient ID
      – Displays the patient’s ID.
    2. Patient Name
      – Displays the patient’s name.
    3. Provider Name
      – Displays the provider’s name who performed the procedure.
    4. Procedure
      – Displays the procedure’s name.
    5. Tooth #
      – Displays the tooth number on which the procedure has performed.
    6. Created On
      – Displays the date & time when the procedure has been created.
    7. Created At
      – Displays the branch at which the procedure has been created.
    8. Started On
      – Displays the date & time when the procedure has started.
    9. Completed On
      – Displays the date & time when the procedure becomes completed.
    10. Completed At
      – Displays the branch at which the procedure has been completed.
    11. Status
      – Displays the current status of procedure.
    12. Fees
      – Displays the fees of procedure.
