Settings Access Rights

Access Rights tab is the view that enables admin user to give access to all other users, among those access rights is the Settings Module Access Rights.

Patient Access Rights tab contains 32 items:

1- Access Rights

  • Allow View: Displays the Security View under the Practice Menu in Settings Module.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new security group.
  • Allow Edit: Allows user to update in the existing security groups.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each security group, allows user to access the ‘Edit Security Group’ page.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing security groups; except the “Administrators” group that can’t be deleted.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each security group.

2- Automatic Messages

  • Allow View: Displays the Automatic Messages View under the Messaging Menu in Settings Module.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new automatic message rule.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed in the Automatic Messages view.
  • Allow Edit: Allows user to update in the existing automatic message rule.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each automatic message rule, allows user to access the ‘Edit Automatic Message’ page.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing automatic message rule.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each automatic message rule.

3- Backup

  • Allow View: Displays the Backup View under the Practice Menu. And Enables user to backup and download data.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  • Allow Edit: Has No effect
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

4- Chart Settings
— Note that in order to be able to view the chart settings; you must first own the access rights of “Allow View” of (Practice General) item in the access rights of settings.

  • Allow View: Displays the Chart tab in the ‘General’ Settings View for the clinic under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the Chart Settings tab.
    >> ‘Save’ button displayed in the General tab.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

5- Clinical Note Category

  • Allow View: Displays the Clinical Notes View under the Practice Menu. And displays only the clinical Notes category in the clinical notes main page.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new clinical note categories.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed beside the Category drop down menu.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update in the selected clinical note category exists in the ‘Category’ drop down menu.
    >> ‘View’ button displayed beside the Category drop down menu.
  • Allow Delete: Allows the deletion of any of the existing clinical note categories from the ‘Delete’ button in the ‘Edit Category’ page.

6- Clinical Note Template

  • Allow View: Displays the Clinical Notes View under the Practice Menu. And displays only the clinical Notes grid view in the clinical notes main page.
    — Note that in order to see the clinical notes displayed in the grid vie, you must first own the access rights of “Allow View” of ‘Clinical Note Category’.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new clinical notes.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed in the Clinical Notes grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update in the existing clinical notes listed in the grid view.
    >> Access the ‘Edit Clinical Note’ page and save updates.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing clinical notes listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed in transactions column beside each clinical note in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete” button displayed in the ‘Edit Clinical Note’ page.

7- Codes

  • Allow View: Displays the Codes View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save new changes in the existing codes.
    >> ‘Save’ button displayed at each Code section exist in the Codes View.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

8- Drug

  • Allow View: Displays the Prescription View including the tabs (Drug and Template) under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new drug.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save the new changes for existing drugs in the drug grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each drug in grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing drugs from the “Delete” button in the ‘Edit Drug’ page.

9- Employee

  • Allow View: Displays the Employee View under the Resources Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new employee.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes of the existing employees listed in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing employees from the “Delete” button in the ‘Edit Employee’ page.

10- Employer

  • Allow View: Displays the Employer View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new employer.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes of the existing employers listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each employer in grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing employees listed in grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each employer in grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Employer’ page.

11- EMR

  • Allow View: Displays the EMR View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new alerts and allergies.
    >> ‘Add’ buttons displayed in each of the ‘Alerts’ and ‘Allergies’ sections in EMR view.
  •  Allow Edit: Has No effect.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing alerts and allergies.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each alert and allergy listed in the EMR view.

12- Expense Category

  • Allow View: Displays the Expenses View under the Accounting Menu.
    >> Displays both of the Expenses category section and Expenses grid view (Without displaying any expenses items in it).
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new expenses category.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing expenses categories form the “View” button.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing expenses categories form the “Delete” button in ‘Edit Category’ page.

13- Expense Item
— Note that in order to be able to view the Expenses items; you must first own the access rights of Expenses view from the “Allow View” of ‘Expense Category’.

  • Allow View: Displays the defined expenses items in the Expenses grid view.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new expense item.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing expense items listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each Expense item.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing expense items form the “Delete” button in ‘Edit Expense Item’ page.

14- Forms

  • Allow View: Displays the Forms View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new forms.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed in the Forms grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the exiting forms in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each form in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the exiting forms in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each form in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Form’ page.

16- Import
— Note that in order to be able to import data; you must first own the access rights of “Allow View” of the Backup view itself.

  • Allow View:  Displays the Import Section in the ‘Backup’ View.
  • Allow Add: Enables user to import patient’s data.
    >> ‘Import’ button displayed in the ‘Import’ section in the Backup view.
  • Allow Edit: Has No effect.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

17- Insurance

  • Allow View: Displays the Carrier View under the Insurance Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new carrier.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed at the Carrier grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the exiting carriers listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each carrier in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the exiting carriers in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each carrier in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Carrier’ page.

18- Member Type

  • Allow View: Displays the Member Type View under the Insurance Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new Member type.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed at the Member Type grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the exiting member types listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each member type in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the exiting member types in the grid view except the (Self) type can’t be deleted.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each member type in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Member Type’ page.

19- Messaging Template

  • Allow View: Displays the Templates View under the Messaging Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new message’s template.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed at the Templates grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the exiting templates listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each template in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the exiting templates in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each template in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Template’ page.

20- Messaging Settings

  • Allow View: Displays the Email Settings View under the Messaging Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in Email settings fields.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

 

21- Operatory

  • Allow View: Displays the Operatory View under the Resources Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new operatory (Room).
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing operatories listed in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing operatories from the “Delete” button in the ‘Edit Operatory’ page.

22- Paint Type

  • Allow View: Displays the Paint Type View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing Paint types.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

23- Patient Ledger

  • Allow View: Displays the General View under the Accounting Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the fields (Ledger Type and Show Insurance) of general accounting page.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

24- Physician

  • Allow View: Displays the Physician View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new physician.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes of the existing physicians listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each physician in grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing physician listed in grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each physician in grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Physician’ page.

25- Plan

  • Allow View: Displays the Plan View under the Insurance Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new Plan.
    >> ‘Add’ button displayed at the Plan grid view.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the exiting plans listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each plan in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the exiting plans in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Plan’ page.

26- Practice General

  • Allow View: Displays the General View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Has No effect.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

27- Practice General

  • Allow View: Displays the General View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the General tab.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.

28- Patient Ledger

  • Allow View: Displays the Price List View under the Accounting Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new price list.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing price lists listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each price list.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing price lists listed in the grid view except the “Base Price List” can’t be deleted.
    >> ‘Delete’ icon displayed beside each price list.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Price List’ page.

29- Procedure

  • Allow View: Displays the Procedure View under the Practice Menu. And displays the Procedures Category drop down menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new Procedure.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing procedures listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘View’ icon displayed beside each procedure.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing procedures listed in the grid view.
    >> ‘Delete’ button displayed in the ‘Edit Procedure’ page.

30- Procedure Category
— Note that in order to be able to add and update in the Procedure Categories; you must first own the access rights of “Allow View” of (Procedure) view.

  • Allow View: Has No effect.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new Procedure Categories.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update in the selected procedure category exists in the ‘Category’ drop down menu.
  • Allow Delete: Allows the deletion of any of the existing procedure categories from the ‘Delete’ button in the ‘Edit Category’ page.

31- Provider

  • Allow View: Displays the Provider View under the Resources Menu.
  • Allow Add: Allows user to add new Provider
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the existing providers listed in the grid view.
  • Allow Delete: Allows user to delete any of the existing providers from the “Delete” button in the ‘Edit Provider’ page.

32- Scheduler

  • Allow View: Displays the Scheduler View under the Practice Menu.
  • Allow Add: Has No effect.
  •  Allow Edit: Allows user to update and save changes in the Scheduler settings and in the working hours.
  • Allow Delete: Has No effect.
