Messaging Module in DentaLore offers user many functions that help him to send messages (SMS abd/or Email) to patients, among those functions is sending messages of campaign type.
To Access the Campaigns View, follow the following:
1) Add Campaign
All fields in the ‘Add Campaign‘ are mandatory that user must fill-in to be able to create and save the campaign. Fields are:
- Name
– Is the Campaign’s Name. - To
– Is a Multi-selection box that enables user to select contact groups that s/he needs to send the campaign for them.
– All defined active contact groups are listed in this field.

– Is a drop down menu that contains all of the defined active templates created for messages from the settings module.
For more information about templates, Check: Configure Template for Messages. - Send Via
– Is a 2 check boxes; one for the SMS and other for Email, that once any of them is ticked the equivalent section opens displaying the body of template selected that will be sent for contact group.
>> Note that for the (Email) section, You must fill-in the “Email Subject” field in order to be able to send campaign via mail. - Control buttons:
– “Send”: Once Pressed, Popup “Send Campaign” opens to confirm or cancel the sending of the campaign to the selected group. in which:
— “Cancel” button will cancel the sending and user directed to “Edit Campaign” page.
— “Send” button will send the message to selected group that when pressed campaign will be sent and User directed to the “View Results” page.
– “Save”: Will save the new campaign, User directed to the ‘Edit Campaign‘ page.
– “Save&Close”: Will save the new campaign and user directed to the ‘Campaigns‘ main page with the new record listed in grid view in Status: (New).
– “Cancel”: Will not save the campaign and user directed to the ‘Campaigns‘ main page
2) View Campaign
First: View New Campaign
- Press “View” icon of New Campaign record.
>> Note that a new campaign means that it has been created but didn’t send yet. - You will be directed to “Edit Campaign” page in order to update required fields or to Send the Campaign.

3) Delete Campaign
User has 2 ways to delete a campaign:
1- “Delete” icon in the ‘Campaigns’ main page
- Press “Delete” icon.
- Popup “Delete Campaign” opens to confirm or cancel the deletion of selected campaign.
2- “Delete” button in ‘Edit Campaign’ and ‘View Result’ pages
- Press “View” icon of new campaign.
- Press “Delete” button in the ‘Edit Campaign‘ page.
- Popup “Delete Campaign” opens to confirm or cancel the deletion of selected campaign.
– “Cancel” button: The campaign will not be deleted and still displayed in the campaigns grid view.
– “Delete” button: The campaign will be directly deleted and removed from the campaigns grid view.
