ASAP visits stands for “As Soon As Possible” visits. ASAP is found in the scheduler module, in which it lists all of the ASAP visits according to the configured settings, that helps the user to know the ASAP possible visits directly and handle them to be in the nearest available time.
To Open the ASAP Visits tab:
- Select Scheduler module, then select ASAP tab.
- ASAP Visits displayed by default in the date range of current week and user has the ability to check the ASAP visits during any required period of time or to filter on the visits by a specific provider or to search for a specific patient’s visit.
In order to add a visit in the ASAP visits list, your ASAP settings conditions must be achieved, For more details about the ASAP conditions: Configure the ASAP Conditions.
Adding ASAP visit:
1- Open Scheduler module
2- Double click on an Empty Slot
3- New page “Add Visit” opens
4- Select the patient whom for visit
5- Tick the check box of “ASAP” & Save
The visit will be listed in the ASAP view.
ASAP visits mainly could be used for handling the patient’s visits (Make visits in the nearest time) or replace the ASAP visits with cancelled visits.
To Cancel a visit from scheduler module and replace it by other visit from the ASAP list, follow the following steps:
- Open Scheduler module, Select any of the existing visits and change its status to be cancelled.
- New window (Cancel Visit) opens to insert the cancellation reason.
- Press “Save&Replace” button in order to replace the cancelled visit with other visit based on conditions set by you from ASAP settings in Scheduler in the Settings module.
The (ASAP Visits) window opens by default with the name of provider who has the visit cancelled. - Change the filtration criteria (Remove the Provider name) and filter, to get all available visits
- Finally, select the required visit and press “Move”, then the selected visit will be replaced by the cancelled visit.
