Time Attendance View

HR Module enables user who have access rights to access and display the time attendance sheet for all system users that are displayed in the (Time Attendance) view.

To access (Time attendance) view, follow the following:

  • Select HR Module >> Time Attendance

  • By default the (Time Attendance) view displays your attendance per month (For the Current Month).

‘Time Attendance’ page mainly is divided in to 2 sections: Filtration and Print button section and the Grid View displaying the users’ attendance.
1- Filtration and Print button Section

User has ability to filter his attendance list by:

  • Date
    – which is a drop down menu enables user to select required date range from: (All, Tomorrow, Today, Yesterday, Current Week, Last Week, Current Month, Last Month, Current Year, Last Year, or Custom Range).
  • Resources
    – Which is a drop down menu enables user to select required users that could be providers and/or employees. 
    – Default Selection Is: All.
    – When user selects “Provider” or “Employee” from the (Resources) drop down menu; then a new drop down menu becomes enabled that displays all of the providers (In case of Provider selection) and Employees (In case of Employees selection) for all the clinic.

As well user could print the displayed data by pressing on the “Print” button.

  • Print: When Pressed, User will be directed to new window in the browser that opens the attendance sheet for being printed.

2- Time Attendance Grid View

Grid view displays date in the following columns respectively:

  • Employee Name
    – Displays the name of user (Provider or Employee).
  • Date 
    – Displays the abbreviation of day and the date when user press for arrival and/or leaving. 
  • Day Events
    – Displays the time when the arrival and/or departure buttons are pressed through the day.
  • Working Hours
    – Displays the total working hours through the day.
    – At the footer the (Total) number of working hours within the selected date range is displayed.
