Recall Module

Recall is the module that enables the user to track patients’ recalls & follow up with them over an interval of time depending on many conditions. Dentalore system offers 2 different types of recalls: 

1- Appointment

2- Progress Note

Recall configurations

  • Press your name at the top right side of the screen and select Settings.
  • Select Recall Module.

  • Press “Types” sub module, then Recall main page displayed.
  • Recall main page is divided in to 2 main sections:
    1- Search area
    >> Where user is able to search for a specif recall using “Recall Name“.
    2- Recall grid view
    >> Displays all of the defined recalls and includes the “Add” button in order to add new recalls.
  • The grid view displays the defined recalls and it’s specifications, which are:
    — Code: Column that displays the unique code (ID) of the recall.
    — Name: Column that displays the name of the recall.
    — Status: Column displays the status of recall, that could be: Active or Inactive.
    — Type: Column that displays the type of recall, that could be: Appointment or Progress Note.
    — Interval: Column that displays the interval (Period) of recall, that could be within: Days, Weeks, Months, or Years.
  • The “Add” drop down button enables user to add different recall types.
