Display Patient’s Information from Scheduler View

From Scheduler view, user is able to access extra information about patients who have visits on the selected day or date range view (Week or Month).

In order to display each patient’s Information; Hover over the Visit Card (Appointment) then once hovering, a tool-tip opens.

Data displayed in the Tool-tip are:

  • ID
    Display’s the patient’s ID.
  • Name
    Display’s the patient’s Name.

Beside patient name there are Patient Type icons, EMR icon and Note icon.

  • Phone
    Display’s the patient’s Phone.
  • Age
    Display’s the patient’s age.
  • Pat Bal
    Is the (Patient Balance) and it Display’s the patient’s total balance.
  • Pri Ins Bal
    Is the (Primary Insurance Balance) and it Display’s the total balance of the primary insurance company of patient.
  • Sec Ins Bal
    Is the (Secondary Insurance Balance) and it Display’s the total balance of the secondary insurance company of patient.
  • Carrier
    Displays the name of Insurance company that the patient belongs to.
  • Urgent
    Displays either (Yes) or (No) that;
    – If the Urgent Check box in “Edit Visit” page is ticked then it will display (Yes).
    – If the Urgent Check box in “Edit Visit” page is Not ticked then it will display (No).
  • Lab Case
    Displays either (Yes) or (No) that;
    – If the patient has a lab case then it will display (Yes).
    – If the has no lab case then it will display (No).
  • Provider
    Displays the name of provider assigned to the visit.
  • Status
    Displays the current status of the visit.
  • Procedure
    Displays the abbreviated description name of the procedure (Not the procedure name). Abbreviated name of procedure could be set from the Procedure’s settings, For more information, Check: Configure Procedure
    – N.B.: In order to display the procedure’s abbreviated name in the tool-tip; You must link relate the procedure with the Visit from the (Reason of visit) field in the “Edit Visit” page.
  • Note
    Displays the notes written for the visit from the “Edit Visit” page.

>> Note that as any field related to the displayed information got updated then subsequently the data in the tool-tip got updated.
