The Scheduler give the user the ability to filter appointments  using Rooms and/or Providers that makes the searching process for a specific visit more easy.

1- Filter by Room

• Select the Scheduler module
• Press on the filter button

  

• Once you press on Filter icon, Drop down menu of active rooms open
• Select or unselect the rooms to be displayed/hidden from the scheduler
  Selected Rooms only now displayed in Scheduler

2- Filter by Provider

• Select the Scheduler module
• Press on the drop down menu of provider
• From the Provider drop down menu, Filter by Specific provider; then only visits assigned to this provider will be displayed in the scheduler

  

• Now from the Provider drop down menu, Filter by unassigned provider; then only visits that are not assigned to any provider will be displayed in the scheduler
• Select (All) from the Provider drop down menu, which is the default selection; then all visits assigned to and unassigned to providers will be displayed in the scheduler
