Introduction
Operatory Report:

1. Displays detailed information about the patients’ visits in each room in your clinic in the selected branch within specific date range.
2. Data displayed in report Per branch.

 (Operatory) report could be accessed from:

• Analytics >> Financials >> Operatory.

Filtration

• Room
  - Is a drop down menu that contains all rooms “Active and Inactive” (Operatories) assigned to the selected branch from navigation bar.
  - Default Selection: First Name in the menu.
  
  
• Appointment Date
  - Is a date picker box to select required date.
  - Default Selection: Today’s Date.
  

Content
Header
At the report’s header the following field is displayed:
– Label (Room): Displays the name of room where visits are displayed within the selected date range.

Body
Operatory report displays data grouped in a grid view whose columns are:

• ID
  - Displays the patient’s ID.
  
  
• Name
  - Displays the patient’s Name.
  
  
• Mobile
  - Displays the patient’s Mobile.
  
  
• Start time
  - Displays the date and time when the visit started.
  
  Length
     - Displays the length of visit.
  
  
• Reason
     - Displays the name of procedures linked to the visit.
  
  
• Created On
  - Displays the date and time when the visit created.
  
  
• Created By
  - Displays the name of user who created the visit.
  
  
• Updated On
  - Displays the date and time when the visit is last updated.
  
  
• Updated By
  - Displays the name of user who last updated the visit.
