“Edit Visit” could be accessed from more than place in Dentalore system, from these places are the following:
1- Double click on the Visit card in Scheduler Module
2- Select “Edit” from the shortcut menu appears from the right click on the visit card in Scheduler Module
3- From the “Appointments” page in APPT Module
>> All of the above ways direct to the “Edit Visit” page.
>> To Access the APPT module, follow the following steps:
- Expand the “Patients” menu and select “Patient List”.
- From the patients grid view select any of the existing patients.
- All patients’ modules become enabled, Select the “APPT” module.
- Once “APPT” is pressed, New page “Appointments” opens where all patient appointments are displayed in it.
- In order to edit a visit from “Appointments” page, Double click on the required visit card then you will be directed to the “Edit Visit” page.
- From “Edit Visit” page user could edit any of exiting fields and save the new updates.
- Note that a new section “Audit Information” appears in the “Edit Visit” after saving the visit form the “Add Visit” page.
“Audit Information” section contains the following data:
— Created On: Is the date when the visit created for the first time.
— Created By: Is the name of the person (user) who created the visit the first time.
— Updated On: Is the date when the visit is last updated.
— Updated By: Is the name of the user who last updated the visit.
— Cancelled On: Is the date when the visit is last updated status to (Cancelled).
— Cancelled By: Is the name of the user who last updated the visit status to (Cancelled).
