User could delete Patient from the following places in Dentalore system:

1- “Delete” icon beside the required patient in Patient List

• Expand the “Patients” menu and select “Patient List”.
• Press the “Delete” icon beside the required patient exist in patients grid view.
  

2- “Delete” button in “Edit Patient” page

• Expand the “Patients” menu and select “Patient List”.
• Press the “Edit” icon beside the required patient exist in patients grid view.
• From the “Edit Patient” page, Press “Delete” button.
  

After pressing either the “Delete” icon or the “Delete” button; The following popup “Delete Patient” appears:

In order to be able to delete the selected patient, You must tick the check box of sentence “I agree to delete this patient”; then the “Delete” button in the (Delete Patient) popup becomes enabled.

Now the user could directly delete the selected patient by pressing the “Delete” button, then patient will be deleted and removed from the patients grid view in the patient list. If the user press “Cancel” button, then the patient will not be deleted and still exist in the patient list.

>> Note that by deleting patient, everything related to this patient (Procedures, Payments, Recalls, …etc) will be deleted.
