Chart is 3D teeth representation that enable dentist to record patient’s teeth condition and treatment plan. Chart has 2 views according to the patient’s age, which are:

• Primary Chart
  Is the 3D teeth chart for children, that if the age of patient is less than 12 years old then the primary chart will be displayed for him.
  
• Permanent Chart
  Is the 3D teeth chart for Adult, that if the age of patient is equal to or greater than 12 years old then the permanent chart will be displayed for him.
  
• Change the primary chart to permanent and vice versa
  To convert follow the following steps:
  1- Right click on an empty area in the screen beside the chart.
  2- New box opens to select primary or permanent as required.
• Change specific tooth from permanent to be primary and vice versa
  Follow the following steps:
  1- Right click on the required primary teeth in the primary 3D chart and select Make Permanent.
• 2- Right click on the required permanent teeth in the permanent 3D chart and select Make Primary.
